| Anyone ever done a conversion to make the headlights come on automatically at night? I know its becoming standard on most vehicles but im not sure if its even an option in rangers. Wondering if the sensor and switch from an explorer with the option would work. __________________ |

| the autodim mirror from an explorer is all you need, and 2 relays. theres a how to here but make sure to use the 04+ wiring diagram. |

| Just expressing my opinion but I never understood why modern cars come with auto lights, simpler and more reliable to just turn the headlight knob. its seems even more questionable to install it aftermarket on something as low tech as a Ford Ranger. |

| I had them on my blazer and they are on my jeep. i like the convenience of turning the truck on and off at night without having to hit the headlight switch on my way out. as for putting it on a low-tech ranger, ive decided that untill this is paid off and my wife has a new truck, this is what im stuck with so i might as well make it as pleasurable to drive as possible. | to the OP i have one, if you would like one. i dont know what i want for it though lol ---------- i have one meaning i have the autolamps mirror out of a explorer and i have the harness for it (one wire cut but can easily be soldered or put back together) __________________ My Truck Is My Mountain Bike's Ride!
